Digital Marketing Officer

This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done" spirit. To be successful, you will have solid solving problem skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Manage and update the company website and ensure SEO best practices are followed
  • Develop engaging content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and the website
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, and generate performance reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align marketing strategies and goals
  • Manage email campaigns and track KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and voice across all digital platforms
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a digital marketing role (minimum 2-3 years)
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
  • Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
