Executive Assistant

We are looking for a smart and dependable Executive Assistant to support senior management with daily tasks and communication. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, good at multitasking, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Executive Support:
• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel plans for senior management.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
• Handle email correspondence and communication on behalf of the executive.
Coordination & Communication:
• Coordinate with internal departments and external clients on behalf of the executive.
• Schedule and follow up on meetings, events, and tasks.
• Maintain contact lists, meeting notes, and records of discussions.
Confidential Support:
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with care and discretion.
• Organize and manage important documents and files securely.
• Maintain trust and professionalism in all interactions.
Office Management Assistance:
• Assist in office operations, event planning, and vendor coordination when needed.
• Keep track of deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Support in organizing reviews, conferences, and team activities.
Key Requirements:
Education & Experience:
• Graduate in any stream (preferably BBA or related).
• 0–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and local language).
• Good time management and multitasking abilities.
• Professional behaviour, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
