Front Desk Executive

We are hiring a friendly and well-spoken Front Desk Executive to manage our reception area and handle front desk responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, good communication skills, and basic computer knowledge. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Visitor Management:
• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and polite manner.
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the right person.
• Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes if required.
Front Desk Operations:
• Handle incoming and outgoing courier, mails, and packages.
• Keep the reception area neat, clean, and presentable at all times.
• Manage appointment schedules and assist in meeting room bookings.
Administrative Support:
• Assist with basic administrative tasks like data entry, printing, and filing.
• Support other departments with documentation and coordination.
• Coordinate with office boys, housekeeping, and security staff.
Communication & Coordination:
• Share important messages and updates with staff members.
• Respond to queries from clients, visitors, and employees in a timely manner.
• Maintain a professional tone in both verbal and written communication.
Key Requirements:
Education & Experience:
• Minimum 10+2 or Graduate in any stream.
• 1–5 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk executive (freshers with good communication can apply).
• Basic computer skills – MS Office, email, and internet browsing.
Skills & Competencies:
• Good spoken English and regional language communication skills.
