As a Team Leader – Sales, you will oversee and guide a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. 

You will provide training, set goals, monitor performance, and ensure the team is motivated and aligned with company objectives. If you have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for sales, this role is a perfect fit for you! 

Key Responsibilities


1. Team Leadership & Performance Management

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

• Set sales goals, track performance, and ensure focus.

• Foster a positive, high-energy environment for teamwork and growth.


2.  Sales Strategy & Execution

• Develop sales strategies to target new markets and drive business.

• Tailor sales approaches based on market trends and customer needs.

• Monitor and adjust strategies to optimize performance.


3. Training & Development

• Provide training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

• Conduct workshops and one-on-one coaching.

• Ensure the team is well-versed in products, pricing, and customer management.


4.  Customer Relationship Management

• Manage key accounts and ensure top-notch customer service.

• Address customer queries and build long-term relationships.


5.  Sales Reporting & Analysis

• Monitor team performance, generate forecasts, and track sales metrics.

• Provide insights for improving sales efficiency.


6.  Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams

• Align with marketing, product, and support teams to enhance the customer experience.

• Work with HR on recruitment and team-building.


7.  Motivation & Incentives

• Create incentive programs to motivate the team.

• Celebrate individual and team successes to maintain high morale.



Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience: 3-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
